FDA Takes Action Against Anyone Selling Vape Products Resemble Children’s Candies, and Cookies

One has to wonder why, why would any company, manufacture products that are by all means, fully intended for consumers over the legal age of 18, that are designed to resemble candy, or other products intended for children?

The answers to these questions are really quite simple. SALES/PROFITS…

Certain unscrupulous manufacturers simply don’t care about anything other than making a quick buck, and if or when someone gets hurt, they can quickly snatch up their quick bucks, declare bankruptcy and be gone, before The FDA, Courts, Lawyers or anyone can hold them accountable.

Problem is: The Vaping Industry is left reeling from the fallout.

The Vaping Industry as a whole is a reputable industry, made up mostly by manufacturers/retailers; whom themselves are former smokers, who have dedicated their lives, their business to helping people kick the habit, for a cheaper, cleaner, tastier, healthier alternative.

The old saying supply and demand determine the marketplace. TRUE STORE, if people didn’t buy a product, manufactures wouldn’t produce it, FACT, but if you’re in the business and plan to remain in the business you should be asking yourself this question, do I wasn’t to be associated with this type of product?
